Your Guide to a Perfect Salon Experience

Booking and Cancellation Policy

By booking with us, you agree to our terms and policies.

Cancellation Notice: Please provide 3 working days’ notice for cancellations. We’re closed on Mondays and Sundays, and we close at 3 PM on Saturdays. We do not check messages outside of working hours.

Cancellation Fee: If you cannot give 3 working days’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply.

Booking Bond: A non-refundable $100 booking bond is required when you book. This bond cannot be used for products if you cancel. It will apply to your next appointment unless you choose not to rebook on the day of your service. If you don’t have a bond on file for future bookings, you will need to pay another $100.

No Show Policy: If you “no show” or cancel without the required notice, your $100 bond will be forfeited, along with a percentage of your appointment’s total cost.

New Client Consultation Policy

Welcome! Here’s what you need to know if you’re a new client or haven’t visited us in the last 3 months:

-Text Consultation: Please complete a text consultation before booking an appointment. Responses typically take 1-3 days, and we aim to reply promptly.

Detox Cleanse Requirement: Most new clients will need a detox cleanse before any lightening treatments. This removes product buildup and ensures the best results. We cannot lighten your hair if you’ve used products from chemists, supermarkets, or popular online brands without a detox.

-Detox Timing and Discount: The detox can be done one hour before your appointment, and we offer a discount for this service.

-Packet Dyes: If you’ve used packet dyes or any tint applications, a test strand and detox are required before booking. These can be challenging to remove, and we prefer to avoid them when possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a consultation?

Consultations are $100 (non refundable) which gets deducted of your service total when you book, however if you choose NOT to book that $100 goes towards our time spent with you in salon

 

A consult is a very  important part of your service as it allows us to do a test strand

to ensure your colour service can be performed without causing any breakage.

We will not start the colour correction process without a consult + test strand appointment
if your’e unsure please contact us and we will let you know

Service Duration Overview

Estimated Timeframes for Optimal Results:

  • Full Colour Service: Approximately 3.5 hours
  • Colour Correction: 4 to 5+ hours
  • Toner Refresh: About 1 hour

Guest Policy for Appointments

Guidelines for Bringing Companions to Your Service:

  • Client Attendance Only: Due to insurance policies, only the client may attend the appointment.
  • Family Exceptions: Immediate family members may accompany you, ideally limited to one person. If traveling with a friend for support, please notify us in advance to arrange extra space.
  • Bringing Children: Mothers are welcome to discuss bringing children along, but please keep in mind that a calm environment allows us to provide the best service. Remember, this is also your time to relax and enjoy.

Parking

Park in a spot where you won’t need to move your car during the appointment.

Allow time for parking and traffic.

 

 

Running late?

If you’re running late, call us ASAP at 97814448—please do not text.

We’ll do our best to complete your service, but no extra time can be added.

Full service may not be guaranteed if time is limited.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Arriving early helps prevent delays.

New clients need time to fill out a consultation form.

 

Pre-Appointment Preparation Guide

Essential Steps to Enhance Your Service Experience:

  1. Use Quality Products: Discontinue low-quality or store-bought products; consider booking a detox cleanse if needed.
  2. Pre-Wash Timing: Wash hair two days before your appointment.
  3. Optimal Condition: Arrive with clean, brushed hair (unless receiving a detox or toner).
  4. Health Disclosures: Inform your stylist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions or allergies that may impact the service.
